Our customer service is un-paralleled. We will help you as far as we can with any problem, any time - so try us! At the moment we are still small, but we intend to slowly expand our product line offerings, so drop by us from time to time. Payment and shipping information for foreign customers: At the moment we are only able to take foreign payment by bank transfer. All prices on the website is in Danish Kroner incl. Danish VAT (25%). If you wish to know the equivalent price in Euros divide prices by 7.4. Customers with shipping adress outside the EU can deduct 20% from price (value of Danish VAT). For customers outside EU, we are not responsible for taxes that may apply at country of destination. Our banking information (SWIFT/IBAN codes) will be available to you on your invoice. As soon as we register your payment we will ship your goods. We ship by Danish Royal Mail parcel post at daily shipping rates - normal delivery within the EU is 2-3 working days. Guarantees and returns: Danish law applies, you have 14 days return right from receiving date, provided you return the goods un-opened in original packaging.
